Tension & Conflict

When worked with skillfully, tension and conflict can be powerful drivers of positive personal and organisational change. Beneath the ice and fire of tension and conflict lie the seeds of innovation and creativity, stronger relationships and more effective collaboration.

We are available to support you to address personal and work-related conflict through:

  • Conflict coaching: All our coaches are trained in the CINERGY model - a powerful coaching approach which supports clients to gain awareness of the unconscious dynamics keeping them stuck in conflict, thereby enabling them to break free of the cycle and adopt a new approach. Conflict coaching can be a much more affordable and time efficient approach to resolving conflict than going down the formal dispute resolution or mediation pathway.   • Conflict facilitation: Our facilitators are skilled in working with teams in which tension and conflict is present or where certain topics are avoided for fear of rocking the boat. We can run a one off workshop or workshop series to support your team to have challenging conversations in a supported space.

  • Conflict coaching training: To increase the conflict literacy of your organisation it can be beneficial to train your team in the CINERGY conflict coaching approach (see above). Our Head of Services, Sarah Pant, is accredited to provide in-house training in the CINERGY conflict coaching model.
